Rylan Peters serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO) of Productivity Pilot, where he spearheads the Operating Team responsible for transforming workforce management for global organizations. With more than two decades of intensive operations and finance leadership experience, Rylan is a specialist in linking strategic vision to scalable execution. His expertise encompasses capital structuring, high-stakes M&A analysis, and execution, and designing agile operating platforms built for rapid growth, automation, and efficiency. At Productivity Pilot, Rylan leads the mission to help clients manage attendance, mitigate absenteeism, and streamline complex HR and operational tasks, ensuring the platform delivers clear, measurable business value across organizations.

As Chief Technology Officer, Jason Wilson brings 25+ years of expertise in leading cloud solutions, data infrastructure, Accounting, CRM and ERP initiatives. He has a track record of building highly scalable SaaS products from the ground up to enterprise-grade deployment. Jason is known for his ability to lead high-performing teams through diverse and complex technical challenges.
